These are all Word documents, but saved as '.dot' not '.doc'. They have all been checked for viruses using Eset's NOD32, whose virus definition is updated daily. However, we strongly urge you to double check by scanning for viruses before you open the documents as we can take no responsibility for any virus transmitted this way.

These templates are configured as a resource for our Group. However, in Word if you go into 'View', scroll down to 'Header/Footer', you will then be able to alter the logos as appropriate.

Each document opens in a separate page.

Not wanting to teach any Grandmas to suck eggs, but this is how templates are used:

1. open the document;
2. add/remove/alter data as necessary;
3. save the document with whatever name you want - it will be saved automatically as a Word document [.doc];
4. the original document remains unaltered.
